Cheese Baked Potatoes

Yields: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
2 c Heavy Cream
1 c Half & Half
1 each garlic, clove
2 tsp salt
pepper to taste
2 1/4 lb potatoes, red, sliced 1/8\" thick
1 1/2 c cheese, white, grated
Directions:
1) Cook cut red potatoes in water for 25 minutes (do not let them boil)
2) Drain potatoes, rest of ingredients together.
3) Put in baking dish, cook at 425 for 20 minutes.
