Tangy Barbecue Sauce

Yields: 8 oz of sauce
Ingredients:
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 c finely chopped celery
3 tbsp finely chopped yellow onion
1 c ketchup
2 tbsp lemon juice (fresh)
2 tbsp granulated sugar
2 tbsp cider vinegar
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dry mustard
fresh ground black pepper
Directions:
In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, melt the butter.
Add the celery and onion and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the remaining ingredients including pepper to taste and whisk together.
Bring to a boil reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
