Corn Crab Bisque

Yields: 8 servings
Ingredients:
1 lb butter
1 sm white onion
2 pkg 10oz frozen cream style corn
1 pt half & half
1 pt whole milk
1 lb white crab meat (canned)
1 tbsp wondra flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper
Chopped chives and parsley for garnish
Directions:
In a medium sauce pan, saute onions in butter for 2-3 minutes. Add corn, cream, milk, & crab meat. Bring to a boil, then simmer 10 minutes. Thicken with flour. Season with additional salt & pepper, if needed.
