Papa Stroud's Steak Marinade

Yields: 4 steaks
1 c soy sauce
1/2 c peanut oil
3 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp Red Wine (or cooking wine)
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp ginger
Let steaks marinade from 4 to 8 hours (or over night).

This marinade will make any cut of meat tender.

Use no additional seasoning when cooking or eating.

Let the steaks come to room temperature before grilling.
