Steak Seasoning

Yields: 2-4 steaks
2 tablespoons whole peppercorns, freshly ground (coarse)
2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons kosher salt
2 teaspoons dried oregano
2 teaspoons dried thyme
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons minced garlic
Rub on steaks the night before.
Let steaks warm to room temperature before cooking.
