Skillet Cobbler

Ingredients:
---------- Dough ---------
2 c Flour
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
6 tbsp shortening
1/2 - 2/3 c Milk
-------Filling ----------
4 c fruit (peaches or berries)
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp butter (chopped)
1/2-3/4 c Sugar (depending on how sweet fruit is)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
For Dough:
Sift all dry ingredents, then add milk and kneed dough, roll out to 1/4 \" thick and place in 10\" iron skillet, letting extra dough hang over the edges of the pan

Filling:
Combine all ingredients, pour into skillet on top of the dough

Bake:
450 degrees for 10 minutes, 375 for 25 minutes.
Server ice cream (of course!) over the cobbler.
